Service Plane Exchange (SPX)

Movik’s Service Plane Exchange (SPX) enables single point integration with various service plane nodes, including AAA/RADIUS servers, pre-paid and post-paid charging and billing elements, Policy servers (PCRF), Content Filtering, and Lawful Intercept (LI) systems. The SPX also serves as a central policy association point and may be used to distribute policy information it gathers from the PCRFs to individual CAEs.

This architecture eases the integration burden on the service plane elements, which typically have a limited number of connections to network elements.
